Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Codeglade website or registering for any of our courses. By accessing this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Codeglade

Codeglade is an online school for AI development, operated by Codeglade at 113 Nimmanhaemin Soi 11, Su Thep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand. Our courses are delivered online and are intended for adult learners looking to develop practical skills in coding and applied artificial intelligence.

2. Course Enrolment

To enrol in a course, you will be asked to provide contact information and confirm your agreement to these terms. Enrolment is considered complete upon receipt of your fee payment and our written confirmation by email.

• Each enrolment is for a single individual and is non-transferable.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the course you select is appropriate for your current level of experience.
• Codeglade reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrolment where appropriate, with a full fee refund in such cases.

3. Course Content and Access

Upon enrolment, you will be granted access to the course materials for the duration specified in your course details. Course content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others.
• Recording of live sessions is not permitted without prior written consent from Codeglade.
• Codeglade may update or revise course content from time to time to reflect developments in the field.

4. Fees and Payment

Course fees are displayed on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all course materials unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of enrolment.

• Coding for Beginners: ฿3,700
• Practical AI with Python: ฿6,900
• Applied AI Project Studio: ฿11,800

Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated before a new enrolment is processed.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation approach is as follows:

• More than 7 days before course start: A full refund will be provided on request.
• Within 7 days of course start: A partial refund of 50% may be considered at our discretion.
• After course has started: Refunds are not available once learning activities have begun, except in cases of exceptional circumstances reviewed individually.

6. Learner Conduct

We want Codeglade to be a welcoming place to learn. All learners are expected to engage respectfully with mentors and fellow students, and to participate in good faith.

• Submitting work that is not your own as original work is not permitted.
• Behaviour that disrupts the learning environment for others may result in removal from the course without refund.
• Questions and feedback are always welcome through appropriate channels.

7. Mentor Support

Mentor feedback and support are provided as part of each course in the manner described in the individual course details. Response times are typically within one business day. Mentor availability follows working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ICT (UTC+7).

Mentor guidance is offered to support your learning. It does not constitute professional consulting advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Codeglade remain the intellectual property of Codeglade. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own learning during your enrolment period.

Work you create during your course (projects, code, written submissions) remains yours. By enrolling, you grant Codeglade a non-exclusive right to use anonymised excerpts of learner work for educational and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Codeglade provides educational content and mentorship to support your learning. We do not make representations about employment outcomes, professional advancement, or the suitability of course content for any specific professional purpose.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Codeglade's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the fee paid for the relevant course.

10. Privacy

The personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we process your data.

11. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we aim to keep content accurate and current, we cannot accept responsibility for errors or omissions. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
